This Pre-solicitation notice provides notification to all business concerns in submitting offers for an upcoming solicitation for Total Aviation Support Services (TASS) to the Drug Enforcement Administration's Aviation Division located in Fort Worth, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336411 Aircraft Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees. The complete solicitation package will be made available only through the SAM.gov website https://sam.gov . Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement shall obtain a copy of the solicitation at no charge from https://sam.gov. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted to https://sam.gov as applicable. Offerors shall be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site. This requirement will be solicited as a full-and-open competitive acquisition with the intent to award a Cost-Reimbursement with Fixed-Fee contract in which award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is tentatively scheduled for mid-July 2024. Attached is the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Exhibits, and Sections L and M of the solicitation. All attachments in regards to this pre-solicitation notice is considered “draft” documents. The DEA welcomes any/all questions or comments in regards to the attached draft documents.
