This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. As required by FAR 4.1102, offerors are required to be registered in SAM (The System for Award Management) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. This solicitation is under NAICS 711190. All proposals shall be on an all or none basis, alternate proposals will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a proposal which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Soliciting competition, evaluation of quotations or offers, award and documentation, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed priced (FFP) purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and offers the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors include, in no order of precedence: 1)Price, 2) Technical Capability, and 3) Past Performance Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET. The deadline for submission of proposals is August 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET. All submissions (questions and/or proposals) shall be submitted electronically by email to Randall.C.Jones@dea.gov with the solicitation number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or proposals) will be accepted. _________________________________________________________ The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires outside technical assistance to provide full audiovisual services to the DEA 50th anniversary event on September 28, 2023. The vendor must provide lighting, camera support, livestreaming and visual displays. The vendor will setup, operate and breakdown the equipment over the three day period of Sept 26-28, 2023. The DEA 50th anniversary event will take place on an outdoor stage. Several hundred attendees will be present. Interested vendors should submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal for the audiovisual services from Sept 26-28, 2023. The services will be provided on site at DEA Headquarters, 600 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA, 22202. Vendors may propose their best recommended audiovisual solution for the event. In particular, the DEA is looking to rent microphones/speakers, cameras, video displays, and lighting. The vendor should provide all necessary labor to use the equipment over the three days as well.
