See attached AMENDMENT P00001 with questions and answers and the following attachments: - Revised Exhibit 1 -Revised SOW FY23 Training schedule You are invited to submit a proposal for "Clandestine Laboratory Safety Training.” The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. This solicitation is designated for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) anticipates issuing a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year plus four (4) option years. Instructions for the proper preparation of your proposal are set forth in the attached RFP. Your proposal must be submitted to the issuing office as outlined in the RFP no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Time, on or before May 17, 2023. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally bind the Government.
