This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this is to identify potential qualified sources and their size relative to NAICS 561730 Landscaping Services, Standard Size $7500000. Responses to this sources sought will assist the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Aviation Operations Center (AOC) located at Aviation Op Cntr, 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76177-5300 with grounds maintenance services to include but not limited to mowing, edging and trimming, pruning, irrigating, fertilizing, aerating soil, installing new plants, removing plants, replacing and transplanting trees, shrubs and perennial flowers. The Contractor shall perform these services in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a neat and professional appearance and that the Contractor also is in accordance with the Alliance Hillwood Airport Association rules and regulations which the AOC is a member. All interested firms shall provide the following information: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, capability statement, socioeconomic status, and business size pursuant to the NAICS Code 561730, Standard Size $7500000. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to robert.j.raddke@dea.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than Monday, February 23, 2023 at 10am, EST. This notice is to assist the DEA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
