The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and The Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) at the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ) has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for Court Reporters Services to conduct formal hearings in connection with enforcement and regulatory cases brought by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and its attendant regulations. The place of hearings is in Arlington, Virginia. This RFI notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The purpose of this notice is to gather information to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Court Reporters for The Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) at the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ) through Blanket Purchase Agreement Calls. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they possess the necessary capabilities to meet the requested services herein should submit a technical description of their capabilities.
