This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the procurement of Augmented Reality Mapping Services as specified in the attached solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP) number 15DDHQ21R00000009; see attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. Small Business Size Standard 1,250 employees. The Government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. THIS IS AN ALL OR NONE RFP. PARTIAL SUBMISSIONS AND LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A sample list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are specified in the attached RFP, Exhibit 1 (Pricing Sheet), with a description of each item to be acquired. The period of performance is estimated to be 9/3/2021 through 09/30/2026. Services will be ordered on an as needed basis. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this procurement. Include a completed copy of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with your proposal. FAR provision 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offeror-Commercial), FAR clause 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items) apply to this acquisition. See Sections 4 and 6 of the solicitation for all other applicable provisions and clauses.
