Questions and Answers: 1. Is this a new or follow-on requirement? If a follow-on, who is the incumbent contractor and what was the contract number? This is a follow-on requirement. The incumbent is Bay Diesel Corporation. Last order number was 15DDHQ19P00000475. 2. Per the PWS/Schedule B - What is the place of performance and please provide the model numbers of the generators? Place of performance is specified in the announcement, 2500 Investigation Pkwy, Quantico, Virginia. Generator model numbers are: 2 each 9630610400 Generac; 1 each D300FXR4 Katolight. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration requires the items listed in the attached solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number 15DDHQ20Q00000112. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-005. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated NAICS code is 423610 and small business size standard is 500 employees. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are specified in the attached RFQ with a description of each item to be acquired. Award will be on an all or none basis. The period of performance will be 7/13/2020 through 7/12/2021. Services will be performed, delivered and accepted at least monthly as specified in the Schedule at the Quantico Training Center, 2500 Investigative Way, Quantico, Virginia. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this procurement. Quotes are due on or before 10:00 AM July 9, 2020 to Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov.
