Notice Type: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.105. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quote (RFQ) Number: 15DDHQ19Q00000038, attached, is for EnerFusion brand name items, to include 3 Poly recycled tables with eight (8) seating positions for outdoor use, and one (1) ADA wheelchair accessible Poly recycled table with 6 seating positions for outdoor use. All tables must have the following capabilities: solar powered – canopy LED lighting; USB power outlets; 110 V/AC GFCI UL listed outlets; Qi enabled wireless charging in the table top; DEA Logo and “DEA” on awning fabric panels; Maintenance free Gel Cell batteries. Color selections: Table and Seats: KPG Blue; Awning material: Sunbrella Mediterranean Blue Powder Coat Paint—RAL 7047. Price to include shipping, handling, installation/set up. Prospective Offerors, to include resellers of brand name products, are invited to submit a quote for “Four EnerFusion Poly Recycled Tables.” The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337127 – Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The government requires Four EnerFusion Poly Recycled Tables, EnerFusion brand name only. Delivery and acceptance will be FOB Destination at the Drug Enforcement Administration, 2500 Investigation Parkway, Quantico, VA 22135. The requested delivery date is on or before May 10, 2019. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition The government intends to issue a competitive fixed price Purchase Order. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its quote. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are attached. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this procurement. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of quotes.
