The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm fixed unit prices. Services must be performed within the city limits of San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Bloomington, Colton, Grand Terrace, Highland, Loma Linda, and Redlands in San Bernardino County, CA, with a Home Confinement radius within 100 miles of the RRC facility. The RRC requirement is up to 70 beds (56 male and 14 female), and Home Confinement is up to 40 placements, for a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods.
