The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders, located in Eugene, Oregon or surrounding Lane County, Oregon, with a home confinement radius within 200 miles of the RRC. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods under the BOP Statement of Work titled “Residential Reentry Center, March, 2022.” RRC in-house requirements include a guaranteed minimum of 6 beds (4 male, 2 female) in the base year and an estimated maximum of 15 beds (10 male, 5 female); Home Confinement includes a guaranteed minimum of 2 placements in the base year and an estimated maximum of 5 placements. The Government intends to award both line items to a single provider because the services are interconnected for adequate programming and case management.
