The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in Collin County, Texas, with Home Confinement placements within a 100-mile radius of the facility. Services must comply with BOP’s March 2022 RRC Statement of Work, including Chapter 10 for Home Confinement. The contract will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity with firm fixed unit prices, covering an estimated maximum of 40 RRC beds (30 male, 10 female) and 50 Home Confinement placements for a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods.
