The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking providers for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders within Houston, Texas city limits, with Home Confinement placements within a 150-mile radius of the facility. Services must comply with the BOP’s March 2022 RRC Statement of Work, including Chapter 10 Home Confinement requirements. The contract will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with firm fixed unit prices, estimated at up to 100 RRC beds (90 male, 10 female) and 100 Home Confinement placements for a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The Government intends to award both RRC and Home Confinement line items to a single provider.
