Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services, Home Confinement (HC) Services within the Kentucky counties of Ballard, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, Paducah, and Trigg
The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider to furnish Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders, with services performed in specified Kentucky counties (Ballard, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, Paducah, and Trigg) and a 150-mile home confinement radius not restricted by state or county lines. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Requirements include a guaranteed minimum of 15 RRC in-house beds (12 male, 3 female) for the base year and an estimated maximum 30-bed facility (25 male, 5 female), plus a guaranteed minimum of 10 home confinement placements for the base year and an estimated maximum of 20 placements. The government intends to award both RRC beds and home confinement placements to one provider because the services are interconnected. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about September 30, 2026, solely through SAM.gov; no hard copies, telephone requests, or written requests will be accepted.
