This Sources Sought/RFI is for market research to identify qualified sources for an intended upcoming SAM.gov solicitation for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services. The RRC facility must be located within specified Illinois counties including Adams, Brown, Pike, Scott, Morgan, Cass, Menard, Sangamon, Macoupin, Greene, Montgomery, Christian, DeWitt, Macon, Piatt, Champaign, Moultrie, Coles, Douglas, Ford, Vermillion, and Edgar. HC services will have a radius within 200 miles of the RRC facility. Because the Bureau of Prisons currently lacks RRC and HC services for male and female federal offenders in this area, an IDIQ replacement contract is being requested with a tiered pricing structure to support reasonable pricing. The Government intends to award both line items to a single provider.
