The Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider to operate a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and provide home confinement services for male and female federal offenders in Bakersfield, CA and the surrounding Kern County area. This is a new expansion contract, not a replacement, and services must comply with the March 2022 RRC Statement of Work. The RRC requirement is up to 25 in-house beds (20 male, 5 female) per base and four option years, while home confinement supports up to 15 placements within a 150-mile radius of the RRC. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type with firm fixed unit prices, and both line items will be awarded to a single provider.
