The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement services for male and female federal offenders in Victorville, California. This is a new expansion, not a replacement contract, and services must align with the March 2022 RRC Statement of Work. The contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with firm fixed unit prices, covering a maximum of 40 RRC beds (32 male, 8 female) and 20 home confinement placements.
