The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders. RRC services must be located within Sacramento County and the bordering counties of San Joaquin, Sutter, Yolo, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, and Amador, with Home Confinement placements within 150 miles of the RRC facility. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. RRC requirements include a guaranteed minimum of 16 beds (14 male, 2 female) and an estimated maximum 40-bed facility (34 male, 6 female), while Home Confinement includes a guaranteed minimum of 8 placements and an estimated maximum of 20 placements for both male and female offenders. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about October 28, 2026, solely through SAM.gov, and services must comply with the BOP Statement of Work entitled “Residential Reentry Center, March 2022.”
