The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders in Albany, New York. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type with tiered prices, covering a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RRC requirement includes a guaranteed minimum of 21 beds (all male) and a maximum of 42 beds (36 male, 6 female). The Home Confinement requirement includes a guaranteed minimum of 9 placements and a maximum of 18 placements, with a service radius of up to 200 miles from the RRC. The solicitation closes on July 10, 2026, and all responsible sources may submit proposals.
