The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking services for a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement for male and female federal offenders in Albany, New York. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type with tiered prices, covering a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RRC requirement includes a guaranteed minimum of 21 beds (all male) and a maximum of 42 beds (36 male, 6 female). Home Confinement services require a guaranteed minimum of 9 placements and a maximum of 18 placements, with a radius of up to 200 miles from the RRC.
