Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services Located in the State of Michigan Within the Counties of Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, or Van Buren
The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) in-house beds and Home Confinement placements for male and female federal offenders in Michigan counties including Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Barry, Calhoun, Van Buren, Cass, Berrien, or Branch. Services must comply with the BOP Statement of Work titled “Residential Reentry Center, March 2022 SOW,” including Home Confinement requirements in Chapter 10. The contract will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity with firm fixed unit prices, covering a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with RRC capacity up to 30 beds (25 male, 5 female) and Home Confinement up to 20 placements. Home Confinement placements will have a radius within 180 miles of the RRC, extending into surrounding states, and the Government intends to award both line items to a single provider due to their interconnectedness.
