The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement services for federal offenders in Cleveland, Ohio, with home confinement services required within a 100-mile radius of the RRC facility. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ type with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RRC service requires a guaranteed minimum of 36 in-house beds (34 male and 2 female), and home confinement services have a maximum of 65 placements per period. All services must conform to the Bureau's March 2022 Statement of Work. The performance of services must be located within the city limits of Cleveland, Ohio.
