The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services and Home Confinement Services or Day Reporting Center (DRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within Palm Beach County, Florida. This will be for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm fixed unit prices. The RRC requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 20 beds and an estimated maximum of 50 beds (42 male beds and 8 female beds) for the One-year Base Period and each of the Four One-year Option Periods. The Home Confinement requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 11 placements and a maximum 26 placements to include both males and females for the Base Period and each of the Four One-year Option Periods. The DRC requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 12 placements and a maximum of 30 placements to include both males and females for the One-year Base Period and each of the Four One-year Option Periods. The Government reserves the right to potentially make an award which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. 15BRRC25R00000024 will be available on or about April 14, 2025, and it will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's website at http://www.sam.gov.
