Pre-solicitation: Residential Reentry Services Located within the city limits of Portland, Oregon. Home Confinement within Radius 200 Miles of the Facility

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement services in Portland, OR. The contract is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The RRC service requires a maximum of 90 in-house beds (75 male, 15 female), and the Home Confinement service requires a maximum of 35 placements, with home confinement services performed within a 200-mile radius of the Portland RRC facility. The work must conform to the Bureau's March 2022 Statement of Work. This will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with firm fixed unit prices.
