The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a single provider for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) beds and Home Confinement services for federal offenders in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, with home confinement services required within a 150-mile radius of the RRC facility. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ type with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The RRC service requires a guaranteed minimum of 40 male beds with an estimated maximum of 100 beds (92 male, 8 female), while Home Confinement requires a guaranteed minimum of 20 placements and an estimated maximum of 50 placements for both genders. Services must conform to the Bureau's "Residential Reentry Center, March, 2022" Statement of Work. The solicitation is estimated to close around June 24, 2025.
