The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Day Reporting Center (DRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Dallas, Texas. All offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to disclose or make public any environmental documentation or other information provided in response to the solicitation. Such disclosures would typically occur in Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, public hearings, comment periods, and other public forums. Please see the attached SF33 – RFP- 15BRRC24R00000004 and additional attachments for detailed information. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to j3ramsey@bop.gov by March 15, 2024. Questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on or about March 22, 2024. Answers will only be provided through SAM.gov. Responses to this solicitation shall be emailed in PDF format, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on April 1, 2024 to Janel Ramsey, Contracting Officer at j3ramsey@bop.gov.
