This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This RFI is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) or Day Reporting Center (DRC) services to include Home Confinement (HC) placements for male and female offenders located in Waterloo, Iowa, Counties of Grundy, Butler, Bremer, Fayette, Buchanan, Tama, Benton, and Black Hawk.
