This announcement is posted as a Request For Information (RFI) only for an intended possible upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website. This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This upcoming solicitation will be for Day Reporting Center (DRC) services for male and female offenders located in Erie county, Pennsylvania. Please be advised that providing responses to these questions will not automatically include responders in the acquisition process should the Bureau establish an acquisition plan. Questions regarding this RFI must be submitted to lfaytaren@bop.gov on November 20, 2023. Questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on or about November 27, 2023. Answers will only be provided through SAM. gov. Responses to this RFI shall be emailed in PDF format, no later than 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on December 6, 2023, to Laurence Faytaren, Senior Contract Specialist at lfaytaren@bop.gov.
