The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting proposals to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Albany, New York. All offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to disclose or make public any environmental documentation or other information provided in response to the solicitation. Such disclosures would typically occur in Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, public hearings, comment periods, and other public forums. Please see the attached SF33 15BRRC23R00000020 and additional attachments for detailed information. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to j3ramsey@bop.gov by August 31, 2023. Questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on or about September 7, 2023. Answers will only be provided through SAM.gov.
