This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This RFI is for Day Reporting Center (DRC) services or Residential Reentry Center (RRC) to include Home Confinement (HC) placements for male and female offenders located in the city limits of Wilmington, NC, (New Hanover County) or city limits of New Bern, NC, (Craven County).
