The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located within or to the East of the following counties in the State of Nebraska: Knox, Antelope, Boone, Nance, Polk, York, Fillmore, and Thayer. Home Confinement radius within 200 miles of the RRC facility. Solicitation - Request for Proposal (RFP) and related attachments are uploaded. 05/11/2022 - Amendment 0001 - In section J, the latest Compliance Matrix dated March 2022 replaces the previous Compliance Matrix listed in the solicitation. 06/17/2022 - Amendment 0002 - (1) Extends proposal due date to July 8, 2022 by 2:00pm EST. (2) Updates FAR clause 52.222-54 Employment Eligibility Verification (May 2022). (3) Updates FAR clause 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications (May 2022). 06/22/2022 - Amendment 0003 – (1) Updated Solicitation SF-33 (revised document uploaded), Section B.1, page 15, by adding the following language: Home Confinement services estimated minimum is 18 placements and the estimated maximum is 45 placements. The Home Confinement Radius will be within 200 miles of the RRC. (2) Revised Solicitation Attachment 8 – Compliance Matrix March 2022 (revised document uploaded) by removing instructions to submit offeror’s proposal via CD-ROM.
