The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) invites your company to a one-on-one virtual Web-ex Industry Day session on May 18-19, 2022. The Bureau will allocate a total of 90 minutes per session, per company, and sessions will start with introductions and a general overview. The Government will not be sending out any further questions prior to the scheduled one-on-one sessions. The Government will give each company the same amount of time, so once 90 minutes has expired, the session will end. After all one-on-one sessions have been completed, all relevant questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov accessible for all. Company names will not be associated with the questions, but everyone can benefit from the information. If needed, please e-mail your presentation to lfytaren@bop.gov by 1:00 pm EST on May 11, 2022. The Bureau representative will be sending you a meeting invite via Web-ex for your allotted time. All reservations and/or special requests must be submitted to lfaytaren@bop.gov by May 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm EST. Attendees must submit e-mail addresses. The description box of the e-mail should note Medical Services one-on-one Industry Day.
