The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuing a request for quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract for electronic legal research services to be utilized at all BOP institutions nationwide. The performance period includes a one-year base period followed by one option period. The acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted, open-market basis and is not set aside for small businesses. A solicitation is estimated to be issued on or about March 19, 2026, and will be posted exclusively on SAM.gov. All interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
