The Federal Bureau of Prisons is in need of (39) Tamper Proof PC Enclosures to use across the BOP without compromising security or functionality for the Adults in Custody. The hardware should be able to house a Small Form Factor (SFF) or desktop mini pc. The pc enclosure should be hardened to prevent tampering in a correctional environment. The hardware should have options for tamper-resistant or industrial style peripherals. This solution should include a 3yr maintenance and support agreement on peripherals for normal wear and tear. Vendors must demonstrate their ability to meet technical and system performance requirements through documentation, current client references and/or system demonstrations. Solution information shall include compliance details for 508, TAA (Trade Agreements Act), FISMA (Federal Information Security Modernization Act), NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards), FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program), PGD 15-03 (DOJ Procurement Guidance Document 15-03), and HSPD-12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12). The vendor is expected to provide a diagram describing the system communications and interfaces to ensure all requirements are meet. Vendor Provided Display: • 20” to 24” Monitor • 1920 x 1080 IPS Panel • Ability to connect to display port video card • TAA Compliant Screen Protection: • Multi Point Rear Mounted • ¼” tempered glass • Tensile strength of approx. 8000 psi • Option to add Privacy Screen Keyboard: • Vandal resistant (stainless steel top plate) • Integral 38mm trackball with left & right click keys • Chromed cast metal keytops • Sealing – Water / Particulates sealing to IP65 • Trackball sealing IP65 stationary (IP54 rotating) • TAA Compliant Keyboard Mounting: • Recessed mounting • Secured by tamper resistant Torx screws • Keyboard can be replaced on site USB/3.5mm Audio I/O • Recessed side panel • Ability for on-site replacement • Feed through connectors for simple replacement cabling • Secured by tamper resistant Torx screws Rear Panel: • Recessed panel for security • Secured by tamper resistant Torx screws Power will be provided to system via a IEC C14 Receptacle Rear panel will be secured by padlock and camlock to ensure ip65 compliance holding the rear panel tightly Interior of secure pc enclosure: • Adjustable VESA Mount • PC Power Supply Surge Protector • Dedicated PC Location System Profile: • Top of system sloped to avoid spillage from cup, or similar System Mounting: • Nuts and washers attached on inside of enclosure • Allows system to be removed for replacement Please be sure to review the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure conformance with this soliciataion. Award will be made to quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability and price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria listed in order of importance, with most important listed first: Technical capability factor meeting or exceeding the requirement: Offerors must provide product literature, which demonstrates the capabilities of the quoted item(s). At a minimum the product literature must demonstrate how the quoted item meets the required specifications. Information on delivery lead-time must be included in the quote submission and will be evaluated. The government reserves the right to utilize technical (i.e, trade magazines) and customer reviews/references, if needed, as part of the technical evaluation for the quoted equipment/supply. 2. Price: Offerors must include all applicable costs (Example: Components and Shipping) in their quote. The total quoted price will be the evaluated price The Government is not required to award to the lowest priced offeror or the highest technically rated offeror. The government reserves the right to award without discussions.
