This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 337215, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The product or service code is 7125. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). The BOP is seeking to purchase full standing double tier wood laminate lockers as specified in the attachment.
