The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Correctional Center New York, NY, intends to issue solicitation 15BNYM1900000001, for the requirements of: 4th QUARTER BREAD/DAIRY 2019. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard for Government procurement is 500 employees. Delivery dates will begin July 01, 2019 through September 30, 2019. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Correctional Center, New York, 150 Park Row, New York, NY 10007. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, past performance being rated higher than price offered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 28, 2019. The anticipated date for receipts of quotes is June 7, 2019. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site https://www.fbo.gov/.
