The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking information from vendors capable of providing Asphalt milling and paving instruction as part of a sustainability-training program for adults in-custody. The training must qualify participants for entry-level employment upon release, fall under the contractor’s accreditation, and lead to continuing education units. A portion of the curriculum must involve hands-on, occupational replication of the actual work environment.
