The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has a requirement to provide equipment and maintenance services for the 20-20/Cerato PABX systems, voicemail systems, training, and Special Security Advantage (SSA) application packages throughout the agency. Maintenance service shall include, but not limited to, 24/7; 365 days a year technical assistance, like for like replacement parts, guaranteed telephone response, configuration support, troubleshooting/diagnostic research, application support, software updates, software point/note releases, and computerized database for tracking and reporting.
