The BOP intends to make awards to accredited colleges and universities responsible for the provision of a course of study leading to an earned college certificate within the Industry Manufacturing field. All colleges and universities wishing to participate are encouraged to submit a proposal that will offer career and/or technical education training by offering in person, paper-based instruction (either on or off site for institutions who might qualify).
