The BOP is seeking to procure Spike Level 3 stab resistant vests and accessories to deliver to BOP staff in various locations. The contractor is expected to be able to logistically support the BOP’s staffing complement nationally without undue delay or disruption. Please submit all questions prior to Aug 19, 2022. This solicitation will establish a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of level III stab resistant vests and accessories for a five year period. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process (FAR 15.101-2) will be used to award this multiple award BPA. The three Lowest Price Technically Acceptable proposal will be selected for the multiple award BPA. Technical requirement are listed in section 3 of this statement of work.
