The goal of this solicitation is to develop a Life Skills and Non-Traditional Career Exploration and Education Training program for women in prison. The program shall consist of a gender responsive, trauma informed, holistic, and strength based curricula. The curricula and associated materials shall be deliverable to the BOP on or before September 30, 2022. Participants in the Non-Traditional Career Exploration and Education Training program shall also be enrolled in a vocational training program as well, with the two supporting each other.
