This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) issues this combined/synopsis with a solicitation number 15BNAS21QRCA00021 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Radiological equipment safety surveys and Radiology monitoring services for its current institutions. The solicitation document with the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-4.
