FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE FOR RESPONDING TO THIS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) anticipates the need for a single or multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price contract for Life Safety Code Training Classes. The Contractor will be required to meet all needs in the statement of work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.504, 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice with Subpart 13.5 and 13.1. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 15BNAS21Q00000044. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 which has a size standard of $12 million.
