NOTICE OF JUSTIFICATION AND AWARD The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of a sole source, fixed-price purchase order, using Simplified Acquisition procedures to Cellebrite Inc., located at 7 Campus Dr. Ste. 201, Parsippany, NY 07054. The contract action is for the renewal of UFED 4PC ULTIMATE annual licensing, UFED Device Adapter 3 Kit, Pathfinder Enterprise Classic SW Renewal licensing, Premium Unlimited Package annual licensing, Premium iOS AFU Adapter licensing, Premium Unlimited iOS and Android licensing, and CAS unlock for the Premium Package licensing required for the specific examination and analysis of contraband mobile devices. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.501. This procurement action was awarded to Cellebrite, Inc., DUNs number 033095568, on 9/30/2020 for a total award amount of $159,585.00, using purchase order ID number 15BNAS21PW9M10022. This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
