The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of a sole source, fixed-price, commercial delivery/task order using FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), limited source justification as “Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized”. The task/delivery order awardee is 3Links Technologies, Inc., 8701 Georgia Avenue, Suite 705, Silver Spring, MD 20910-3713 and the GSA FSS/MAS contract number is GS-35F-0336V. The contract action is to provide support and technical expertise requirement for the upgrade of the existing cooper based network circuit to fiber optic cabling at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas with regard to the delivery of current programs that support the First Step Act (FSA) requirements. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405. This procurement action was awarded to 3Links Technologies, Inc., DUNs number 015229300, on 09/02/2021 for a total award amount of $396,757.74, using task order ID number 15BNAS21FWFM10031 in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c) (2) limited source justification.
