The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of a sole source, fixed-price, commercial delivery/task order using FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), limited source justification as “Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized”. The task/delivery order awardee is Amentum Services, Inc. 20501 Seneca Meadows Parkway, Suite 300, Germantown, MD 20876-7019 and the GSA FSS MAS contract number is GS-35F-0586V. The contract action is to provide support and technical expertise for the Agency’s Web SENTRY modernization efforts. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405. This procurement action was awarded to Amentum Services, Inc., DUNs number 961530545, on 03/31/2021 for a total award amount of $768,111.76, using task order ID number 15BNAS21FW9M10103 in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c) (2) limited source justification. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services. The size standard is $30 Million. This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The determination not to compete is solely the Government's discretion.
