NOTICE OF JUSTIFICATION AND AWARD The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of a sole source, fixed-price delivery/task order using FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), limited source justification as the products are available from only one source capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. The task/delivery order awardee is Advanced Technologies Group, LLC, located at 10880 Linpage PL., Saint Louis, MO 63132 and the GWAC contract number is GS-35F-0006R. The contract action is for the software enhancement and upgrades in support of the existing Food Service nutrition software solution referred to as Bureau’s Federal Nutrition System (FNS). Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405. This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The determination not to compete is solely the Government's discretion.
