The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of a sole source, fixed-price, commercial delivery/task order using FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), limited source justification as “Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized”. The task/delivery order awardee is Advanced Technologies Group, LLC., 1601 48th Street, Suite 220, West Des Moines, IA 50266-6722 and the GSA FSS MAS contract number is GS-35F-0006R. The contract action is to provide support and technical expertise for the information technology service upgrades and enhancements regarding the existing medical record software solution referred to as Bureau of Prisons’ Electronic Medical Record (BEMR) to support compliance with First Step Act (FSA) guidelines. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405. This procurement action was awarded to Advanced Technologies Group, LLC., DUNs number 078596270, on 08/26/2021 for a total award amount of $2,055,873.12, using task order ID number 15BNAS21FW5Z10020 in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c) (2) limited source justification. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services. The size standard is $30 Million Dollars. This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
