The BOP is a large agency with approximately 37,000 employees located at over 130 duty stations across the United States and Puerto Rico, and it is necessary that EAP services be readily accessible to all employees and their immediate family members via in-person and telepsychology service delivery platforms (e.g., video, telephone, email, text). Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2020 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2025. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four. The estimated requirements for EAP services includes: Base Year: 37,000 Employees/Year x Price = Price per Employee/Year Option Year 1: 37,000 Employees/Year x Price = Price per Employee/Year Option Year 2: 37,000 Employees/Year x Price = Price per Employee/Year Option Year 3: 37,000 Employees/Year x Price = Price per Employee/Year Option Year 4: 37,000 Employees/Year x Price = Price per Employee/Year Potential 6-month Extension: 37,000 Employees/Half-Year x Price = Price per Employee/Half-Year The services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work.
