The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis, a fixed-price purchase order, to Findaway World, LLC, located at 31999 Aurora Road, Solon, OH 44139-2853. The proposed contract action is for playaway therapeutic content and devices to assist with First Step Act (FSA) requirements. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit detailed information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Bureau of Prisons' needs. Responses received by September 02, 2020 at 12:00 pm EST will be considered. Information received will be considered exclusively for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
