The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) hereby submits a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis, a fixed-price purchase order, to Fedstore Corporation, 1 Preserve Parkway Suite 620, Rockville, MD 20852-4272. The proposed contract action is for continuing development and support of multiple Business Process Management (BPM) applications using PEGA specific software. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(C). This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit detailed information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Bureau of Prisons' needs. Responses and information received within thirty days of this notice will be considered exclusively for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future, solely at the Government's discretion.
