The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Honolulu, Hawaii is soliciting quotations for the purchase, delivery, and initial training of a 500-gallon Gas-fired Water Heater. Purchase Only. Instlation will be completed by FDC Honolulu Facilities workers. This solicitation will be Total Small Business Set-Aside, FOB Destination. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
